The Athens Olive House is a fully renovated 90 year old neoclassic Athenian mansion that is open to travelers and old-house lovers, since December 2019.
Lately owned to a famous painter, the President of the Academy of Athens, the house is situated in the famous area of Kypseli.
With a complete list of amenities included, the mansion is located in a quiet, picturesque sidewalk road which physically connects “Fokionos Negri” & “Agias Zonis” sidewalks, the two most famous sidewalks in Athens!

Few words about the building history:
The building, as it is in the current status, it is the result of three phases: I) At the beginning, in about 1930, was built the main part of the building consist of the grand floor apartment (ATheNA) and the first floor apartment, II) In 1957 in a part of the postern garden was built the “ATeLieR” space which extended until the first floor level, and connected with the first floor apartment. At the same time above the 1st floor one more storey was built, the apartment of the second floor, this with the tile roof, and III) In 2017 the building was bought from the new owner who started the renovation by keeping the supervision and the design for himself. In December of 2019 the first part of the building, the grand floor apartment “ATheNA” accompanied with the olive tree garden it is ready to welcome you!
