The ground floor 140 m2 apartment, “ATheNA”, is a classic-stylish and peaceful house and provides to the guest everything is needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. ATheNA consists of 1 main bedroom (19 m2), 1 child’s bedroom (7 m2), a big office-bedroom space (38 m2), the living room (26 m2), the kitchen-dining room (29 m2), two baths (5.5 m2 each) and the entryway (10 m2).
The “ATheNA” apartment is of course fully air conditioned while there is also an electric boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.

Guest access

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For a booking of one or two persons passage will not be provided to Kids’ bedroom and to Office/Living Room (please check captions on Photos list).
For a booking of three persons passage will not be provided to Office/Living Room (please check captions on Photos list).
For any booking for more than four guests all the spaces of ATheNA apartment will be available for using them.
